Returns Policy

Manufacturer Defects and Damages
Any product that is defective or damaged from manufacture or missing parts can be returned for an exchange minus shipping costs. Missing parts will be sent free of charge to complete your order. In both scenarios please send us an email and include pictures.
We do not accept returns for special orders or custom order items.

You have two weeks from the time of delivery, or when you pick up, to make a return on regularly stocked items only. We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns upon our discretion. If we accept the return, you will be responsible for shipping, or returning the product in store, and will be charged a 50% stocking fee.  The return amount you may qualify for is up to our discretion and will be contingent on the state of the product (no damage, missing parts and in sell-able condition).

If you made a mistake or changed your mind and wish to make an exchange for a different size, colour or similar model of an item we carry in stock then you may, however you will be responsible for shipping costs to return to us or returning the product in store.

Special Orders or Custom Orders
Please note we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any special order or custom order items; no exceptions.
Special orders may qualify for exchange minus shipping costs in extenuating circumstances as approved by the manufacturer and you may be responsible for additional fees or shipping costs.
