Holding Policy for In-Stock Items
For items we keep in stock, we will gladly hold your order for up two weeks. If you do not pick up your order within two weeks and cannot be reached, we will refund your purchase minus 20% holding fee.
Holding Policy for Special Order or Custom Orders
For special orders and custom orders, we will gladly hold your order for up two weeks. If you do not pick up your order within two weeks and cannot be reached, you will be responsible for the full costs of the order (you will not be eligible for a refund) and you will be charged a 20% holding fee.
Where We Ship
We ship across North America.
Orders Outside Canada
You will be responsible for any custom fees or any other applicable fees, including any local or state fees regarding international parcels.
Below are the couriers we generally use. Freight charges will be prepaid and charged. We can also use a courier at your request, but charges will be on a collect basis. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Signing for Your Order
You may be required to sign for your order. Make sure you are available in case of missed deliveries. If you do not contact the courier company or do not pick up your order in a timely fashion, the courier company may return the order to us. If this happens, we will notify you via email and you will be responsible for shipping, and any other applicable costs, should you wish to have your order shipped out again.
Please note, we are not responsible for any costs related to shipping, customs, or other applicable fees should you fail to accept or pick up your package.
Declined Returned Orders or Untimely Contact
Should you decline an order we shipped to you or if you do not make timely contact to retrieve your order, please see our holding policy and our return and exchange policy for additional information.
Shipping Based on Order Size
The size of your order does not matter, we always look for the best price. Most boxed orders are shipped out with Canpar or UPS. When shipping out in pallet quantities we send out the request for tender in our large network of carriers.
We have the means and regularly ship orders by the container load to our North American clients. If you are interested in large volume orders, please contact us for more information.
